About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa & Leisure Manager to lead the operations of Eden Hall’s award-winning spa. This is an exciting opportunity to own and elevate a premium spa experience, which includes:
- 28 treatment rooms
- Thermal experiences
- Relaxation zones
- Indoor and outdoor pools
As Spa & Leisure Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering an unparalleled guest experience
- Driving commercial success
- Leading a high-performing, motivated team
- Ensuring consistently high standards across all spa and leisure facilities
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large Spa and Leisure team (including therapists and operational staff)
- Recruit, train, and retain talent aligned with business objectives and budget constraints
- Cultivate a positive, professional, and high-performing culture
- Oversee performance management, conduct appraisals, and manage employee relations (in collaboration with the People Team)
Operations
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure exceptional guest service at every touchpoint
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety
- Optimise treatment scheduling and therapist allocation to maximise revenue
- Collaborate with Reservations, Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams for smooth operations
- Implement and act on guest feedback to continuously enhance the experience
Training & Development
- Design and implement structured training programs for all team members
- Identify skill gaps and ensure completion of all mandatory training
- Maintain accurate training records and assess their effectiveness
Finance & Commercial Performance
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure profitability targets are met
- Analyse performance data and produce monthly financial reports for senior management
- Drive revenue through:
- Effective scheduling strategies
- Upselling tactics
- Strong retail performance
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and cost management
Sales & Marketing
- Identify strategic growth opportunities in treatments, retail, and experiences
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Foster a high-achieving sales culture within the team

Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure full adherence to Health & Safety, Fire Safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
- Work closely with the Group Health & Safety Officer to enforce legal standards
About You
To undertake this challenging yet rewarding role, you should have:
- Proven senior management experience in a spa or leisure environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A commercially-minded approach, with a track record of:
- Driving revenue growth
- Cost control
- Exceptional organisational and communication abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Health & Safety knowledge specific to spa and leisure industries
Additional Information
- Salary: £45,000 per annum
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- Working Pattern: 5 days a week (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)

Job Description: Teenis Specialist
Provide applied, hands-on technology support to ASC students. Carefully supervise students individually or in groups on technology-related assignments, projects, and lessons. Ensure student uses technology appropriately, and reinforce school technology policies.
Locates and documents problems: When computer systems fail to work as expected, locate the issue, log each type of error, and document attempts at troubleshooting.
Diagnoses and fixes issues: Systems may need prompt diagnosis and immediate repair, especially when all students rely on them simultaneously.

About the Role
Technology plays a critical role in today’s educational environments, particularly within applied learning programs. At Arthur A. Davis Career & Technical Education Center, you’ll be a core part of the Research & Production Center’s "Pathways in Technology" (P-Tech) program. This role is your opportunity to fusion technology expertise, instructional support, and hands-on teaching to empower ASC (Auxiliary Support Class) students in their technology education.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Supervisory Activities
- Provide direct, applied, hands-on support for students on technology-related tasks, assignments, and lessons
- Closely supervise students (individually and in groups) to ensure appropriate technology usage
- Reinforce and model adherence to school technology policies
Technical Problem-Solving
- Identify and document unexpected issues with classroom systems
- Record problems, errors, and troubleshooting attempts in system logs
- Quick troubleshooting for time-sensitive issues, particularly during multistudent reliance periods
Hardware & Software Assistance
- Assist students in configuring a range of devices, including:
- Laptops
- Printers
- Smartphones and tablets
- Peripherals and accessories
- Provide teacher support for classroom-specific software, including:
- Student portal curation
- District-wide instructional applications
Requirements
- Strong background in applied technical support
- Patience, adaptability, and effective communication skills
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Ability to troubleshoot efficiently and offer solutions to technical issues
