Spa Manager
Salary: £44,000 + Performance Bonus
Location: South West London
Employment Type: Full Time | Flexible Working Week Required
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Spa Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious spa and health club facility. This is a senior management role with responsibility for both the spa business and the wider health club operation, including fitness, wellness and leisure services.
You will oversee a large multi-faceted operation featuring:
- Luxury spa facilities and treatment services
- Extensive gym and fitness facilities
- Group exercise studios
- Swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms
- A team of approximately 15-20 employees
This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, maximise operational performance and inspire a high-performing team while maintaining exceptional standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the spa and health club.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team.
- Drive commercial performance, profitability and budget achievement.
- Monitor operational and financial KPIs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction across all areas of the business.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and compliance.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, partners and third-party providers.
- Support strategic business initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
About You
We are looking for an organised, commercially focused manager who can balance operational excellence with business growth. You will ideally have:

- Previous experience managing a large luxury spa or premium health club.
- Strong people management experience, including leading sizeable teams.
- Proven experience managing budgets and delivering commercial results.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence.
