Spa - Woolley Grange Hotel

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £26,437 plus generous service charge and great benefits

Woolley Grange, part of Luxury Family Hotels, has recently reopened its doors following a beautiful refurbishment. Join our team and help shape the next chapter of this much-loved Wiltshire retreat.

Role Overview

As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Spa guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive, able to answer guest queries and showcasing your knowledge of the spa, the facilities, and our product range.

This is a permanent role, at 40 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends), with an annual salary of £26,437 plus service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Flexibility required to adapt to a variable rota that changes with the business demands, including a mix of early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction: Ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in an LFH manner, discuss all options available to them, and tailor offerings to their needs.
  • Be knowledgeable about all treatments: Understand (and ideally trained) in all treatments whilst working within the brand guidelines, providing a relaxing and comfortable experience for all guests. Use your knowledge to ensure guests are fully educated on the treatment they will receive and offer appropriate adaptations at the guests' request.
  • Promoting our products: Promote and sell our treatments and large range of products whilst ensuring your recommendations are suitable to the guest.
  • Ensure cleanliness standards in the spa: Support the spa team in cleaning the spa areas and supporting in turning around treatment rooms for the therapists ready for treatments.
  • Make long-lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!

To Succeed In This Role We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working within either a destination Spa or within a hotel Spa is advantageous - reception experience essential
  • Charisma, an engaging personality, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service.
  • Passion for Spa and Wellness, you will love to bring your knowledge and experience to the guests.
  • High level of attention to detail, you will be knowledgeable about health and safety procedures and take care to ensure you are providing a safe environment for guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our lovely guests.
