About The Role
We’re looking for a warm, organised and guest-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. As the first point of contact for our spa, you will set the tone for a relaxing and memorable experience—creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment each guest arrives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the spa, coordinating appointments, supporting therapists, and exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.
What you will do
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and personalised welcome to every guest, creating a lasting first impression
- Manage spa bookings, appointments, and availability, ensuring a seamless and efficient scheduling experience
- Provide expert knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and products, confidently recommending services to enhance the guest journey
- Handle all guest enquiries across phone, email, and in person with professionalism and attention to detail
- Ensure the reception, relaxation, and waiting areas reflect the calm and high standards of the spa environment
- Process payments accurately, manage daily cash handling, and maintain booking records
- Work closely with therapists and spa colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Proactively promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs, resolve any concerns promptly, and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences
- Maintain the highest levels of health, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a spa, reception, or hospitality environment is preferred, but not essential – we provide full training
- A genuine passion for customer service, wellbeing, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- A positive, calm, and professional approach, even in a busy environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- A high level of attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence using booking systems and basic IT platforms
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to also work independently
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
