We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team here at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Step into the world of timeless luxury and exceptional service at the Bulgari Hotel London. We are seeking a poised and passionate Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our serene and exclusive Bulgari Spa.
Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting our guests and members
- Making repeat and new bookings
- Maximizing the revenue of the Spa through effective scheduling, treatment room bookings, and product sales
- Delivering exceptional financial results within Spa treatments, fitness, and membership department
- Being a constant presence at the Spa reception, conducting Spa tours for VIPs, journalists, and prospective members
- Leading by example by providing a warm welcome to clientele while striving to provide outstanding service

What We Are Looking For:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and wellness
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
- Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in booking systems and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- A customer service background in luxury Spas ideally based within five-star deluxe hotels
- Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications (although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart)
To succeed in your application, you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
