Job Description

We're looking for a warm, professional Spa Receptionist preferably with a background in beauty or wellness treatments. This role is perfect for someone who loves the industry but prefers to step away from full-time hands-on work, while remaining happy to assist with treatments when needed.

You will be required to work every other weekend as part of the rota.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To be point of contact for all direct and agent hotel bookings for Group, individual Spa days and residential Spa breaks
  • To ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a speedy and efficient manner and proactively chase provisional bookings
  • To ensure the all administration of Spa bookings and events are recorded accurately and delivered efficiently
  • To support spa reception as required to ensure customer service levels are maintained throughout the department

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent administrative skills with strong IT skills
