Spa Receptionist (Fixed Term)
Step into the world of timeless luxury and exceptional service at the Bvlgari Hotel London. We are seeking a poised and passionate Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our serene and exclusive Bvlgari Spa.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for hospitality and wellness
- Impeccable grooming and communication skills
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
- Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in booking systems and administrative tasks
- Excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry
- Immaculately presented individual with informal yet impeccable customer service skills
- Good levels of written and spoken English
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Fluency in a second language would be beneficial

Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting guests and members
- Making repeat and new bookings
- Maximising the revenue of the Spa through effective scheduling, treatment room bookings and product sales
- Delivering exceptional financial results within Spa treatments, fitness and, membership department
- Conducting Spa tours for VIPs, journalists and prospective members
- Providing a warm welcome to clientele
- Striving to provide outstanding service
