Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Spa Receptionist – September start
Where will you be working?
Ned's Club Spa features eight beautiful treatment rooms, hammam, sauna, steam room & 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool. With a range of treatments and services available, with professional products, Ned's Club Spa is a one stop shop for total head to toe maintenance.
What will you be doing?
- You will be passionate about the spa industry, people and guest relations
- You will be fluent in English due to guest and member interaction
- You will have acquired Computer skills with Word and Excel, in order to carry out daily spa reception duties and responsibilities. Skills in Opera or similar are an advantage
- You will be confident in building relationships with members and clients and recommending products as this is one of the main responsibilities
- Work shifts are on a full-time basis across five days of any week, including weekends
