Spa Specialist

Spa Sales Manager Buckinghamshire

Are you a commercially minded and experienced Sales Manager who excels at converting luxury guest experiences into bookings, memberships and revenue growth?

Our client is looking for an experienced Spa Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue performance across a premium spa environment. This is a pivotal role where service, storytelling and guest experience come together to maximise bookings, memberships and overall spa profitability.

You will work closely with wider hotel teams to ensure the spa offering is positioned, presented and delivered in a way that reflects a high-end guest experience, while consistently achieving commercial success.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week over 5 shifts, starting at either 8:00 am or 9:00 am. The rota will mainly fall on weekdays, although some weekend working may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive spa revenue through the conversion of enquiries into bookings, memberships and experiences.
  • Manage all spa enquiries from initial contact through to successful completion of sale.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities across memberships, group bookings and corporate wellness.
  • Deliver engaging spa show rounds, creating a compelling and aspirational guest journey.
  • Support the development and delivery of spa promotions, experiences and membership offerings.
  • Monitor spa diary performance and therapist utilisation to support strong occupancy and revenue flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party spa partners and agents.
  • Ensure the wider hotel team is informed and confident in promoting spa experiences and packages.
  • Support guest engagement on-site, identifying opportunities to enhance spend and experience.
  • Maintain accurate client data to support ongoing relationship building and targeted marketing activity.
  • Produce clear performance insights to support commercial decision making and future planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
