Contract: Full Time

Salary: £30,160 per annum plus incentive structure

We have in house trainers that are there to ensure our therapists reach their full potential and progress with us, you support the senior spa team with this and be ambassador for this development.

We offer state of the art facilities within all of our resorts and hotels, boasting modern and stylish Spa’s.

As a Spa Supervisor you will be responsible for;

  • Assisting the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team with regards to training, standards and reaching sales targets.
  • With guest satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times.
  • You will ensure your team are trained to the highest standard, and are there to assist our guests with any needs they may have throughout their visit with us and ensure they leave wanting more!
  • You will ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness are maintained at all times and that your team are supported in achieving their retail and treatment sales targets as set.

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty
  • Spa Supervisor experience desired but not essential
  • Good overall standard of education
