The Role…
At Soho House, as the Spa Supervisor, you will support the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth team coordination, and the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and well-being. You will assist in leading the spa team, helping to maintain a calm, luxurious environment for members and guests while meeting service and financial targets.

Key duties…
- Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction
- Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
- Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities
- Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management
- Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception
- Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns
- Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.
- Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.

What we are looking for...
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role
- Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO)
- Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
