We are looking for a Spa Therapist with a genuine passion to provide our clients a 5* experience. The successful candidate will be friendly and outgoing with exceptional customer service skills.

About The Role

Working as part of the spa team you will provide wellness and relaxation services, with duties including:

  • Providing a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, body massages and other wellness therapies
  • Welcoming clients to the spa ensuring a high level of service creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assessing clients needs and recommending suitable treatments
  • Upselling our spa products and treatments to enhance client experience

About You

  • Applicants must be qualified to a Level 3 in beauty therapy
  • A passion for wellness and spa therapy, staying up to date with the latest trends
  • You'll have exceptional customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
