As our Spa Therapist, you’ll get:
- Salary: £13.72 per hour + Commission + Excellent Benefits

As a Spa Therapist here, you will:
- Provide a range of spa treatments, including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, body scrubs and wraps, all perfectly tailored each individual client’s needs.
- Confidently conduct client consultations to really understand each client’s preferences, concerns and any contraindications, helping them feel welcome, listened to and perfectly cared for.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback.
- Make sure your professional environment is always clean, well organised and beautifully presented, including our treatment rooms and equipment.
- Help with retail sale of spa products and always be ready to recommend the perfect item to your clients.
- Promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team.

What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualified - Beauty Therapy (preferred)
- Flexible and available where needed (particularly at the weekends)
- In the know about other spa facilities and ready to recommend them.
- A stickler for attending staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Consistently up to date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies.
- A pro at upholding our high standards of hygiene and sanitation. You know all the spa protocols and industry regulations and follow them to the letter.
- Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices and aftercare, ready to educate your clients and enhance their spa experience.
- Having top notch people skills and are easily able to connect with others.
