Job Description
What you will be doing:
Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols. Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling Working alongside the Spa team of receptionists and fitness instructors in a team environment Other duties as assigned

Job Type – Full-time, Part-time and Casual Positions. Availability to work Monday – Friday and weekends and holiday periods.
Qualifications
Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset You must be eligible to live and work in the UK Beauty Therapy HNC/HND/ Level 3 /ITEC
