The Role
Do you have a passion for wellbeing and delivering exceptional spa treatments? As a Spa/Beauty Therapist in our award-winning team, you’ll craft personalised, rejuvenating experiences.
- Offer a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies using premium products
- Operate in a luxury setting while growing your expertise in the beauty and wellness industry
Key Responsibilities
- Perform luxurious spa treatments (massages, facials, bodywork) and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend tailored treatments and products
- Meet sales/treatment targets while upholding high service standards
- Maintain clean, comfortable, and hygienic therapy rooms
- Adhere to health & safety protocols and stress industry updates
- Provide personalised post-treatment advice and company product recommendations
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive, professional atmosphere

Essentials
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene
Desirables

- Broad experience in spa treatments
- Previous high-end spa/resort work experience
- Familiarity with Voya & Elemis products (noneventual)
Further Information
- Hours: 2–5 days/week (contract 16–40 hrs)
- Shift Patterns: 09:30–18:00 / 10:30–19:00 (Weekday) + one weekend day compulsory
- Wages: 6-monthly pay increases for 2 years
- Flexibility: Required for team/business needs
