The Role: Spa Therapist
We’re seeking a passionate, skilled Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team at Agua Spa. You’ll craft unforgettable, bespoke treatments that embody our ethos of care, calm, and connection, ensuring every guest leaves feeling seen, supported, and revitalised.
This role is perfect for someone who combines finely honed expertise with a natural warmth and professionalism — someone who transforms treatments into memorable moments of balance and well-being.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a diverse range of luxury treatments, including:
- Massages
- Facials
- Body therapies
with expert precision and a devoted guest-centred approach.

Provide a welcoming, reassuring, and attentive environment for every guest, fostering genuine connection and trust.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of treatments, seasonal promotions, and product innovations to ensure consistency and excellence.

Enforce impeccable hygiene and presentation standards across treatment rooms and spa spaces.

Confidently offer tailored product recommendations and expand the guest experience through retail opportunities.

Foster cross-team collaboration to uphold the highest service excellence and guest care.
