Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £27,870 plus Tronc plus retail commission
- Holiday: 28 days holiday, enhanced after 5 years of service.

What You Will Do
Spa Therapists in our team embrace every opportunity to create special moments, providing a personal experience that enhances the overall wellbeing and relaxation of our guests.
- Offer high-quality professional treatments in a serene and relaxing environment.
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock the treatment room.
- Provide exceptional customer service, always considering the wellness needs and concerns of our guests.
- Promote spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
- Cover reception shifts when required.

About You
- Providing high-quality service comes naturally to you.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A smart and professional appearance.
- You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
- Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
- A recognized beauty qualification, Level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
- Massage qualification is a must.
- Fluent in English
