Spa & Salon Practitioner – ELEMIS Specialist Department: Spa & Salon Location: Champneys Springs, Leicestershire
About the Role

As an ELEMIS Associate, you’ll be central to our mission, delivering luxury skincare experiences backed by Britain’s award-winning ELEMIS—a global B-Corp luxury skincare brand recognised for blending nature’s finest botanicals with cutting-edge science.

Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexibility required).
What You Will Do
- Create exceptional client journeys—deliver premium treatments with an unwavering focus on touch, technique, and visible results.
- Deliver luxurious spa and beauty treatments with a flawless end-to-end experience, from consultation to aftercare.
- Foster a personalised, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for every client interaction.
- Drive sales naturally by confidently recommending tailored ELEMIS products and services aligned with each client’s needs.
- Build, cultivate, and expand your own loyal client base, encouraging repeat bookings and long-term skincare engagement.
- Exceed personal and team KPIs through proactive client retention and loyalty building.

- Conduct in-depth consultations, including HD skin scans.
- Analyse skin concerns and create bespoke treatment and skincare plans.
- Monitor progress proactively and maintain consistent client engagement.

- Master expert knowledge of ELEMIS products, ingredients, and treatments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, innovations, and new product launches.
- Represent ELEMIS with professionalism, authenticity, and confidence in every client interaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Passion for skincare, treatments, and luxury client experiences.
- Qualifications in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 preferred) or equivalent.
- Experience in luxury retail, cosmetic treatments, or spa environments.
- A strong ability to consult, build rapport, and personalise recommendations.
- Proven track record of growing loyal client bases and driving repeat business.
- A natural communicator with a knack for building genuine, long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to learn and engage with cutting-edge skincare technology.
- Results-driven with pride in both team and personal success.
- Holds an inclusive mindset, thrives in collaborative workplaces, and values diversity.
