Spa Therapist (Holme Lacy, Warner Hotels Group)
Location: Holme Lacy, Herefordshire
About the Role
Join our team at Holme Lacy, a Grade I listed 181-bedroom hotel offering luxury accommodation, a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set within 20 acres of beautiful green fields.
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour (based on experience, qualifications, and age). Ensure all your application details are current before applying.

Key Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist, you’ll deliver 5-star luxury experiences through:
- Performing a full range of professional spa treatments with excellence
- Providing guest-focused service to ensure relaxation and pampering
- Supporting the Spa & Leisure team (e.g., reception cover, cleaning, ad-hoc duties)
- Leading Temple Spa experiences and Mii Makeup workshops
- Advising on skincare and body treatments (all training provided)

Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Passion for the spa industry and delivering superior treatments
- 1 year+ experience in spa (preferred but not essential)
- Strong guest-focused mindset for exceptional service
- Ability to support a dynamic team
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry qualifications: Level 2, Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Specialist treatments: Massage, hot stone, reflexology, reiki, Hopi ear candling
- Brand experience: Temple Spa, Jessica Stand polarized spa (or Mii Makeup)
