Spa Therapist – art’otel Hoxton
We're recruiting for a Spa Therapist for our fantastic art’otel Hoxton team. Long revered as London’s effortlessly cool cultural core, Hoxton’s hip new resident has hit the scene. The 26-floor art’otel Hoxton has a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 meetings and events spaces, a lounge, gym, The Brush Grande Café, Solaya, and the Spa!

About the Role
As a master of your craft, you will…
- Provide a range of spa treatments, including:
- Massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone)
- Facials
- Body scrubs and wraps
- All perfectly tailored to each individual client’s needs
- Confidently conduct client consultations to really understand each client’s preferences, concerns, and any contraindications
- Help them feel welcome, listened to, and perfectly cared for
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and feedback
- Ensure your professional environment is always clean, well-organised, and beautifully presented
- Including treatment rooms and equipment
- Help with retail sale of spa products and always be ready to recommend the perfect item to your clients
- Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and our team

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Qualified (Beauty Therapy)
- Flexible availability where needed
- Knowledge of other spa facilities and readiness to recommend them
- Consistently up to date with the latest trends and techniques in spa treatments and therapies
Attitudes & Skills
- A pro at upholding high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Knowledgeable about skincare, wellness practices, and aftercare
- Ready to educate clients and enhance their spa experience
- Ability to connect well with people and build top notch people skills
