Cameron House, a five-star resort nestled on the world-famous bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, following a multi-million-pound restoration, is located where the Scottish Highlands meet the Lowlands. This 17th-century Baronial estate is rich in character, featuring an award-winning Spa with a rooftop infinity pool, an 18-hole championship golf course, an array of resort activities, and six restaurants and five bars, all catering to discerning guests.
Set within 400 acres of beautiful Scottish countryside, adventure awaits with activities such as speedboat tours, paddle-boarding, canoeing, kayaking, 4X4 off-road driving, faunkerly, and more. Join us to complement this iconic Lochside setting of grandeur and luxury.
THE ROLE
At Cameron Spa, we harness state-of-the-art hydro and thermal facilities, including:
- The iconic rooftop infinity pool
- A VIP couples’ room with mineral bath, steam room, and private balcony
- Rasul mud chamber, steam room, and relaxation suite
As part of the highly qualified therapies team, you’ll report to the Treatments Manager. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing luxury treatments such as massage, facials, foot treatments, reflexology, manicures, and pedicures
- Stocking and maintaining treatment rooms, ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Pre-treatment consultations to tailor experiences
- Selling treatments, spa experiences, and retail items, fostering seamless guest interactions
- Operating within strict confidentiality and handling feedback professionally
- Reporting maintenance faults promptly
- Adhering to opening/closing procedures and supporting spa analyses and reception teams

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock, clear, and set up treatment and spa areas
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations
- Deliver high-standard tailored spa treatments
- Sell treatments, spa experiences, and retail products
- Ensure treatment room hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
- Maintain guest confidentiality and handle feedback
- Report maintenance faults
- Manage storage and security of stock and retail items
- Illuminate all daily/weekly/monthly meetings
- Assist spa assistants and reception teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
To apply, you must possess:
- Minimum:
- HNC/HND/SVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty or Complementary Therapies
- Or equivalent qualifications (CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualifications are a bonus)
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or spas
- Familiarity with the ESPA product range (greatly preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapid, trusting relationships
- Flexible approach and adaptability
