Spa Treatment Manager
SPA TREATMENT MANAGER, SPA & WELLNESS
39 hours, 5 days per week
We’re looking for a Spa Treatment Manager to join our iconic Spa & Wellness team.

As a Spa Treatment Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Performing as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa & Wellness Director
- Dealing daily with the following: Guest complaints, Therapist needs, telephone calls and reception duties
- Completing Spa tours to review standards, procedures, and operational status
- Coordinating scheduling of rotas, annual leave, and bank holiday entitlement for Treatment Supervisor and Therapists
- Reviewing treatment rooms which include treatment trolley, closet millwork, linens, treatment beds equipment upkeep daily to ensure all standards are met
- Being responsible for motivating retail sales and ensuring that all sales are recorded accurately
- Reading through emails regarding Spa, meetings, groups, and VIP’s
As a Spa Treatment Manager you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
Requirements
To be a successful Spa Treatment Manager candidate, you will have an NVQ Level 2 and above in Beauty Therapy and have a proven track record of service excellence in a Spa environment. It is an advantage if you already have experience from within a luxury service environment.
