OVERVIEW:
Our voice is the catalyst of our connection to the Gymshark family. A Spanish Copywriter is the voice of Gymshark's mission in Spanish-speaking territories, embracing our message, our values and our tone and flooding them into every piece of Gymshark copy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Writing the words that capture - and amplify - Gymshark, our vision and our values, and adapting that into campaign and core Gymshark copy.
- Working closely and collaboratively with English copywriters to ensure our campaigns, our message and our tone of voice are consistent across the world.
- Interpreting our tone of voice and applying that to the Spanish language to simultaneously inspire, inform and drive action.
- Refusing to say "that'll do", believing every piece of copy - from one word to one thousand - has the ability to captivate people with Gymshark's voice.
- Collaborating with teams across the business to showcase Gymshark, our values and our products in the best light possible through copy.
- Being on the lookout for opportunities to expand, develop and evolve the Gymshark voice with the changing world around us, particularly in Spanish-speaking territories.
- Challenging yourself to take on 'Creative Copywriting' with the ownership and delivery of headline campaign copy in the Spanish-speaking territories.
- Learning: about writing; about Gymshark; about marketing; about the world around you. Then using those learnings to develop as a professional and as a person.
- Being yourself; nothing will see us develop as a brand and a voice more than your diverse, authentic input.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
