Are you fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about delivering great customer support? Concentrix is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.
- Hourly rate of £12.75
- Bonus scheme available.
- Remote role – Work from home anywhere in the UK.
- Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your role involves supporting customers and internal teams with a range of software purchasing and post-sales queries. This includes supporting quote-to-order queries, helping customers with software portal access and downloads, and assisting with registration, login, ID, and password-related issues. You will work across calls and emails throughout the day and will be responsible for managing your assigned workload, investigating issues, using multiple tools, and escalating where needed.
It is essential to maintain a manner that is professional, helpful, and customer-focused. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-lingual, multi-channel environment and confident communicating clearly in both Spanish and English.
