Contract Type: Permanent / Part Time
Hours of work: 16 hours per week
About the Role
As a valued member of the team, you’ll help keep our forecourt and service areas clean, safe, and welcoming for customers. This includes maintaining the car wash, valeting area, and fuel pumps, as well as ensuring external displays, signage, and waste areas are tidy and well-presented.
This is a hands-on role that involves working both indoors and outdoors in all weathers, so you’ll need to be comfortable working outside as part of your daily routine.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Maintaining store security in line with company procedures
- Keeping the forecourt, car wash, and front of store clean, tidy, and safe for customers
- Washing and valeting company vehicles and trucks to a high standard
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste and recycling areas
- Ensuring external merchandising and promotional displays are neat and well-presented
- Checking and maintaining cleaning equipment, reporting any faults or issues
- Carrying out general site maintenance tasks as required
- Assisting with seasonal duties such as snow and ice clearance
- Supporting the wider store team to ensure the site always looks its best
- Following company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
