SEN Teacher
Location: South East London
Salary: £200–£250 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract / Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026
Educate Staffing is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers for long-term contract opportunities across London. We are working closely with specialist and mainstream schools seeking experienced educators who can support students with a range of additional needs and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
This role would suit an experienced SEN Teacher or a strong mainstream teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.

The Role:
- Delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of SEN requirements
- Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and complex learning difficulties
- Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents
- Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods to individual needs
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
- Previous SEN experience desirable
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
- Passion for supporting students to achieve their full potential
