SEN Teacher

Location: South East London
Salary: £200–£250 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract / Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026

Educate Staffing is currently recruiting dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers for long-term contract opportunities across London. We are working closely with specialist and mainstream schools seeking experienced educators who can support students with a range of additional needs and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.

This role would suit an experienced SEN Teacher or a strong mainstream teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.

The Role:

  • Delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of SEN requirements
  • Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language needs, and complex learning difficulties
  • Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
  • Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents
  • Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods to individual needs

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
  • Previous SEN experience desirable
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
  • Passion for supporting students to achieve their full potential
