- Lead or assist amazing birthday parties and special events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided!)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences – we treat our customers like family
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children and families
How You’ll Fit In Here…
You’ll thrive at The Little Gym if you:
- Love having fun and can embrace a playful, energetic work environment
- Have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (not required, but a plus)
- Are a natural servant leader who enjoys making others feel happy
- Can connect with children but also understand adult expectations
- Know when to tie your hair back and get serious when needed
