At Alchemy we are working with an established London art organisation who are looking to bring on a Special Projects Manager to their collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities: Support the Director of Logistics in managing complex global client projects. Coordinate bespoke shipments, including yacht and remote-location deliveries, with installation projects for private clients. Manage project budgets, reporting, and cost tracking. Conduct and coordinate global site visits, condition reporting, conservation, framing, and installations. Identify and mitigate project risks. Liaise with interior designers, suppliers, technicians, handlers, and shipping partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain service standards for high-profile private clients.

Key Requirements: Flexibility to work across international time zones and travel globally, often at short notice. Knowledge of international customs procedures, import/export regulations, tariffs, and global shipping requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects. Excellent communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Professional, discreet, and experienced in working with UHNW individuals, family offices, and luxury-sector stakeholders.
