About The Role
Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company to find an execution-focused Sales Associate to join the EMEA Online, Platforms & Services team.
Operating within a fast-paced regional matrix, this role is explicitly positioned within a premier global e-commerce retail pillar. Reporting directly to the EMEA Channel Lead, you will act as a critical operational and commercial engine room for a high-volume account. This is a non-quota-carrying, non-selling support role focused entirely on commercial coordination, tracking, and operational excellence across the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
What You Will Do
- Promotional Management & Product Launches: Plan, gather regional feedback, and execute online promotional campaigns, deals, and new product launches directly on the platform's EMEA websites.
- Commercial Tracking & Inventory Ops: Drive operational excellence metrics by acting as a key stakeholder in demand planning, tracking deal targets, and ensuring inventory health and availability.
- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain sales reports, monitor account performance, and digest financial/market data to identify key commercial trends and forecast accurately (no SQL or coding required).
- Operational Account Support: Provide cross-functional, regional-to-country level project management support to resolve operational friction points and optimize the end-customer experience on the platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Function as the glue between regional leads, local country teams, supply chain, and marketing to ensure the EMEA online business operates as one cohesive unit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
