The Role
We’re seeking a Specialist, Billing Representative to join our Billing Platform team in Manchester. This position allows you to work at the forefront of billing systems, ensuring precision, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines for tasks related to invoicing, management fees, and commissions.
- Ensure work meets product/service standards and exceeds quality benchmarks, with thorough review and documentation.
- Manipulate and analyse large datasets to generate accurate reports for internal business use and client deliverables.
- Maintain and update key process documents, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to resolve billing and client queries efficiently.
- Operate bespoke billing systems to input and extract precise financial data.

Requirements

Education:
- Minimum high school/secondary school-level qualification (equivalent).
- Prioritised: A Bachelor’s degree (but not mandatory).

Technical Skills & Fit:
- Exceptional organisation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Sharp attention to detail to ensure consistency.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, with proficiency in data transformation and analysis.
- Confidence in client-facing interactions, operational query resolution, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
- Willingness to adapt to digital tools (including AI) and undergo rapid onboarding to new systems.
