The Role

We’re seeking a Specialist, Billing Representative to join our Billing Platform team in Manchester. This position allows you to work at the forefront of billing systems, ensuring precision, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines for tasks related to invoicing, management fees, and commissions.
  • Ensure work meets product/service standards and exceeds quality benchmarks, with thorough review and documentation.
  • Manipulate and analyse large datasets to generate accurate reports for internal business use and client deliverables.
  • Maintain and update key process documents, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments to resolve billing and client queries efficiently.
  • Operate bespoke billing systems to input and extract precise financial data.

Requirements

This role suits individuals who thrive in dynamic environments with a keen eye for accuracy and process improvement.

  • Education:

    • Minimum high school/secondary school-level qualification (equivalent).
    • Prioritised: A Bachelor’s degree (but not mandatory).
  • Technical Skills & Fit:

    • Exceptional organisation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Sharp attention to detail to ensure consistency.
    • Advanced Excel knowledge, with proficiency in data transformation and analysis.
    • Confidence in client-facing interactions, operational query resolution, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
    • Willingness to adapt to digital tools (including AI) and undergo rapid onboarding to new systems.
