We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Billing Representative to join our Billing Platform team. This role is located in Manchester.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met for assigned tasks within invoicing, management fees and commissions.
- Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards and is properly reviewed and documented.
- Work with large volumes of data, manipulating reports to ensure correct data is provided to the business and clients.
- Maintain key process documents and ensure they are reviewed regularly.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries.
- Utilizing bespoke systems to input and extract data.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree welcomed but not mandatory.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel knowledge (including data manipulation and data analysis)
- Confidence working with client inquiries, operational processes, and issue resolution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools, including AI, and learning new systems quickly.
