Specialist Cleaning Technician

Ready to take your skills into some of the most challenging and rewarding environments out there? At Marlin Environmental Services, we’re looking for a Specialist Cleaning Technician to join our expert team—someone who thrives on hands-on work, high standards, and delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days look the same. You’ll be:
Carrying out specialist industrial and environmental cleaning across a wide range of systems and facilities Cleaning tanks, bilges, compartments and ventilation systems with precision and professionalism Using high-pressure jet washers and vacuum tankers to keep systems operating safely Maintaining strict compliance with Health & Safety, Waste Management and environmental regulations Working in confined spaces using the correct PPE and safety procedures Completing all paperwork accurately and ensuring customer satisfaction every time Supporting other trade groups and undertaking fire sentry duties when required Representing Marlin on customer sites with the highest standards of cleanliness and conduct

Qualifications
What You Bring
You’re someone who knows their way around specialist equipment and understands the importance of safe working practices. Ideally, you have:
Experience using hot pressure washers Knowledge of pumping liquid/waste between ship and shore Awareness of Confined Space working Ability to follow procedures for specialist cleaning A proactive attitude toward safety—for yourself and your team

The Environmental & Engineering Group was established in 2023 as part of the merger of Marlin Environmental Services and Yellowstone Environmental Solutions.
