We’re seeking a future team member for the role of SIPP Administrator. This role is located in Manchester. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Setting up and maintaining member records, and issuing welcome information Processing contributions accurately and on time Calculating and processing pension benefits Paying benefits via payroll systems and monitoring ongoing pension cases Completing bank reconciliations and managing payment processing Calculating death benefits Supporting annual activities and projects, including tax code uplifts, regulatory reporting, and residency tax status updates To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong listening skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately A calm, positive approach, even under pressure Proficient IT skills Essential pension qualifications and/or demonstrable pensions experience At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here’s a few of our recent awards: America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025
