The Role: Associate, Client Processing Oversight

About the Team

Our UK Transfer Agency team in Manchester is seeking a proactive Associate to join our Client Processing Oversight function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight & Compliance:
    • Conduct oversight of transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, reconciliations, and other Transfer Agency processes to ensure adherence to high client service standards.
    • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty.

  • Problem-Solution & Performance Improvement:

    • Investigate, analyse, and resolve day-to-day operational queries, incidents, and efficiency issues.
    • Review data and performance metrics to identify trends and propose continuous improvement strategies.
  • Process Development:

    • Develop, maintain, and update procedures, guidelines, and checklists to optimise client-facing processes in the Transfer Agency.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates your ability to perform the role successfully—formal qualifications (e.g., a bachelor’s degree) are beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Preferred:
    • 3–5 years of total work experience (Versatile candidates with less experience will be considered).
    • Experience in financial services operations or client services (ideal, but not strictly required).
    • Willingness to develop skills in AI/digital tools (an asset).
