The Role: Associate, Client Processing Oversight (UK Transfer Agency, Manchester)

This exciting opportunity joins our financial services operational team to ensure seamless client processing and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll have a significant impact in the following core areas:

  • Conduct oversight of daily operational processing tasks, including:
    • Transaction processing
    • Records management
    • Payments & reconciliations
    • Other Transfer Agency operations to maintain/exceed client service standards
  • *Respond to and escalate day-to-day operational queries while analyzing performance data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements, including:
    • CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty (as applicable).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists to streamline Transfer Agency operations.

Requirements

Success in this role requires a strong combination of skills, experience, and dedication. We’re looking for:

  • A serious attitude—this doesn’t require a degree, but a bachelor’s qualification may be advantageous for candidates.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred, though less experienced candidates applying for operator roles will be considered.
  • Experience in financial services operations or client services is essential (or will transfer well).
  • An enthusiasm to further digital tool/AI skills in the financial sector—willingness to upskill will be positively viewed.
