About the Role
We are seeking an Associate, Client Documentation to join our UK Transfer Agency team based in Manchester, UK.
Primary responsibilities include:

Providing overarching oversight of operational processes, ensuring all client service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Key tasks include:
- Managing operational change and record maintenance
- Processing payments and reconciliations, including invoices
- Collaborating with the print vendor on procedure reviews and maintenance

Investigating and resolving day-to-day operational queries while analysing data to track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement—a key duty includes reviewing procedures with our print vendor.

Assisting the Operations Manager in managing daily workflows, delivering team training/development, and participating in periodic audits and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR, and Consumer Duty, as applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce operational processes to uphold high client service standards.
- Escalate, analyse, and resolve operational incidents while improving workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with the vendor on procedure maintenance and procedural audits.
- Manage day-to-day workflows, coach team members, and oversee training initiatives.
- Comply with all relevant financial regulatory frameworks applicable to client requirements.
About You
To be considered, we’re looking for:

A combination of education, training, and experience that aligns with the role’s demands.While a Bachelor’s degree is advantageous, it is not mandated.

5–7 years of relevant experience (preferred, but compact charter individuals will be considered).

Experience in a financial services operational context or with oversight roles is highly desired.

Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and data mapping, are critical.
-
A knowledge of VBA programming is a plus but not essential.

An affinity for upskilling in AI/digital solutions is encouraged.
