About the Role
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our UK Transfer Agency team based in Manchester, UK. In this critical role, you will provide oversight to ensure operational excellence while maintaining compliance and driving efficiency across our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service & Compliance Oversight
Conduct oversight of operational processing (e.g., transactions, records maintenance, payments, reconciliations) to ensure adherence to high client service standards and regulatory requirements, including:
- CASS (Client Asset Regulations)
- COLL (Collection of Reports Regime)
- COBS (Conduct of Business源yolu)
- DISP (Distribution of Financial Products Regulation) – Notice
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- Consumer Duty obligations

Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, incidents, and performance anomalies
- Analyze data to track metrics, identify trends, and propose actions for continual improvement

Procedure Development & Maintenance Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, guidelines, and checklists for the Transfer Agency to enhance efficiency and compliance

Stakeholder Collaboration Work cross-functionally with teams across global processing centers and operational departments to maintain seamless service delivery

Requirements
To thrive in this role, we seek candidates with:
- A background in financial services operational areas (e.g., client processing, compliance, payment systems) or a related client services field – experience preferred but not mandatory.
- 3–5 years of total work experience, though well-rounded less experienced candidates will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data, problem-solve, and follow regulatory frameworks.
- A hybrid mindset: Willingness to develop skills in AI, digital tools, and process optimisation.
