Specialist, Crew Travel (Philippines)

Crew Travel Specialist Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (Carnival Cruise Line Philippines)

Location: Philippines-only applicants

Role Overview

Carnival Cruise Line’s crew travel administration team is seeking a skilled Crew Travel Specialist to oversee travel arrangements for onboard and shoreside employees, contractors, and concierge under the All Brands Group. The position requires manual reservation handling, last-minute coordination, and cost-optimization expertise with deep knowledge of Sabre GDS and international travel logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Coordination & Administration

  • Confirm travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transport) for Carnival or Group-affiliated travelers, ensuring compliance with budgetary and contractual guidelines.
  • Hold responsibility for last-minute changes—approve PNMs (passenger name modifications) and execute zero-to-seven-day adjustments to shipping-related travel.
  • Verify reservations at the lowest possible cost, addressing discrepancies to prevent system access issues and ensuring active ticket validation.
  • Obtain and communicate visa letters, passports, and other mandatory documentation as required.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation for all bookings, including proof of charges, ecological receipts, and fare quotes.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and interpersonal communication—handling inquiries promptly and inclusively.
  • Troubleshoot booking tools, including Sabre’s GDS platform, and dispatch technical issues to appropriate resources.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes to resolve inquiries during the 12-hour shift, escalating unresolved queries or risks to management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
