The Opportunity

Reporting to one of our eDiscovery Managers, the Specialist, eDiscovery will work as part of a global team within Advance eDiscovery and Digital Services, providing cutting-edge eDiscovery services to clients and internal practice groups across the full lifecycle of eDiscovery matters.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role Include

  • Leading matters and their delivery through all phases of eDiscovery.
  • Applying a consultative approach to solving eDiscovery challenges, along with advising key stakeholders on best practices.
  • Assisting with efficient, cost-effective and quality delivery of eDiscovery services across litigation, regulatory notices, investigations and transaction projects.
  • Implementing document review solutions, with a deep understanding of GenAI and Continuous Active Learning (CAL) workflows and industry-leading AI and GenAI methodologies and workflow tools.
  • Assisting with document productions, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance with agreed protocols.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office with hybrid working.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years' eDiscovery experience working in a professional services firm, law firm or government agency.
  • Must have experience with RelativityOne, with preferred experience in other eDiscovery tools such as Reveal, DISCO or Everlaw.
  • Proven record in searching, building structured workflows, and completing productions using technology platforms such as RelativityOne, Nuix Workstation, Discover, Reveal, Relativity, DISCO, Everchron and ReadySuite.
  • Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to develop quality assurance practices into all facets of work.
