Job Description
- Should possess excellent communication skills
- Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts
- Client Management - Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation
- Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.
- Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
- Prepare and complete SOP’s or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
- Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
- Perform daily internal audit
