Specialist Maritime Shoreside Recruiter - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Req ID: 10149253

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Maritime / Cruise recruiter to join our London team - this position will hire for office based, shoreside roles only and candidates should have Cruise / Maritime / Shipping / Shipyard office based hiring experience.

This is a specialist recruitment role within the EMEA Talent Connection Centre of Excellence, supporting hiring across Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), Disney Cruise Line (DCL), and the wider Disney Experiences portfolio in EMEA office locations. The Cruise Line Recruiter will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles, with a strong focus on operational cruise line and maritime positions, including Project Management and technical roles supporting WDI at Shipyard offices. You will also provide flexible support on wider Disney Experiences roles where required.

Partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, bringing creativity and pace to everything you do – helping Disney continue to hire exceptional talent while enhancing our reputation as an Employer of Choice.

This role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, based in Hammersmith, with 4 office based days and one from home.

What You Will Do:

You will deliver a high-quality, cost-effective and timely recruitment service to our Cruise teams. You will confidently manage searches independently, adapt sourcing strategies to complex operational requirements, and build strong partnerships across EMEA.

Values:

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
