Job Opportunity: Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time B6 Musculoskeletal Specialist to join the Whipps Cross Therapies team within Barts Health Trust. The post holders will be a qualified Physiotherapist, with experience in MSK. They should be registered with the HCPC, and ideally would have also completed an Orthopaedic inpatient rotation. They should have excellent baseline knowledge of musculoskeletal physiotherapy principles and have experience of treating a variety of peripheral and spinal patients. Assessments and treatments will be through face-to-face and virtual appointments. Evidence of involvement in project management and audit will be desirable.

Responsibilities:
- To provide specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapy treatment to outpatients as part of the overall therapy provision.
- The post holder will be responsible for their own caseload providing thorough clinical assessment, planning treatment, and appropriate discharge from the service adapting practice to suit the needs of the patient.
- To provide clinical supervision and appraisal to junior staff, therapy assistants, and students.
