Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a new challenge?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative and highly respected Hospital Outreach Support Team (HOST) as an Occupational Therapist Clinical Specialist.
We are searching for a dynamic and adaptable therapist to support individuals in achieving their functional goals at home following their discharge from hospital.
What We’re Looking For
- Clinical skills within this specialist field
- A flexible, dynamic, and forward-thinking approach.
- Strong knowledge across a variety of clinical specialties.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory experience to guide and develop less experienced staff, students, and rotational staff

Interviews will be held in person (face to face) only.
You will work alongside a supportive and skilled team of therapists, managing your own caseload while delivering outstanding patient care. This is a chance to make a real difference in people’s lives by providing flexible, forward-thinking support across a range of clinical specialties.
