Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Utilising clinical expertise to deliver high-quality pharmacy services across wards and departments
- Supporting the training and development of colleagues
- Improving service standards in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Contributing to clinical best practice, including Independent Prescribing roles
- Working closely with Clinical Management Groups (CMGs) in specialties such as:
- ESM (Emergency SrVice Medicine)
- ITAPS (Intensive Care & Paediatrics)
- W&C (Wards & Community)
- Haematology & Oncology
- MSSUGGS (Medical Specialties including Gastroenterology & Surgery)
You will also be required to participate in:
- Evening shifts
- On-call rotational duties
- Bank holiday coverage
- Weekend rotas (where applicable)
