Specialist: Product Marketing
We’re looking for a Specialist (Senior/Marketing Executive). This role is in the product marketing function reporting into the Head of Marketing. The role will be primarily working on our Maths products and services for the UK Schools and colleges market.

About the job
As a Specialist, within Product Marketing, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans for our print and digital qualifications & resources portfolio within this subject area. You will be supported by the portfolio marketing manager to help guide you through processes and deliverables.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive growth and retention through customer-focused campaigns, ensuring effective ROI.
- Manage delivery of high-quality marketing content across channels and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize creative elements and formats for improved ROI.
- Implement lead management and nurturing tactics to enhance customer journeys using CRM tools.
- Help manage the marketing budget to meet campaign KPIs and goals.
- Collaborative Working
- Collaborate with digital specialists, design teams, and web content experts to deliver and optimise campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to inform strategy and align performance KPIs with business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, digital) to ensure alignment and synergy.

Essential skills, qualifications, and experience:
- Passionate about marketing with a focus on building successful campaigns.
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., analytics, email, lead management, CMS).
- Proactive with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for different audiences.
- Proactive and eager to learn attitude, with the capacity for independent initiative.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and bring innovative solutions to marketing campaigns.
