About the Role
You'll manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with clients to understand their funding requirements and secure the most appropriate lending solution. Leveraging a whole-of-market lender panel and strong internal support, you'll be responsible for structuring deals, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Bridging Finance, Development Finance, and Commercial Mortgage solutions
- Assess client requirements and structure suitable funding strategies
- Source, compare, and secure lending solutions from a comprehensive lender panel
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and business owners
- Liaise with lenders, surveyors, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams throughout the funding process
- Negotiate terms and secure the most suitable outcomes for clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, products, and market developments

Package
- £50,000 basic salary - Uncapped commission structure paying 20%
- Dedicated administration and processing support
- Genuine six-figure earning potential for high performers
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience arranging Bridging Finance, Development Finance, and/or Commercial Mortgages
- Strong understanding of property development, investment, and commercial funding structures
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- A proactive, driven, and commercially focused approach
