Highly Specialised integrated Respiratory Nurse or Physiotherapist
Location: North of Tees Contract: Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours including weekends)

We’re looking for a dynamic and committed registered Specialist Nurse or Physiotherapist to join our innovative Respiratory team, supporting patients with respiratory conditions across Hartlepool and Stockton.
In this highly specialised role, you’ll provide expert patient care both in clinical and home settings, working closely with colleagues from a consultant-led multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
As part of this integrated team, you will:
- Deliver high-standard care to patients across Hartlepool & Stockton, focusing on respiratory health.
- Proactively manage patients requiring immediate specialist assessments and comprehensive, pathway-based interventions.
- Assess and treat complex patients with multiple pathologies using advanced clinical techniques.
- Adapt care plans and tailored treatment programs based on each patient’s evolving needs.
- Work flexibly including weekends, ensuring continuity of care across both hospital and community settings.
- Collaborate closely with specialists, linking into hospital services and wider care teams.

Requirements
Essential:
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Specialist Nurse or Physiotherapist.
- A full driving license and access to a car (mandatory for home-based visits).
- Commitment to working flexibly, including weekends if required.
Preferred:
- Experience in respiratory care, whether in clinical or community settings.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Strong ability to navigate adaptive care plans for complex patient needs.
