We have an excellent opportunity for a Band 6 to join our Physiotherapy Rotation at DBTH.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in the following rotations: Bassetlaw Inpatients, Orthopaedics, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Rapid Assessment Programme Team with the potential to expand into other clinical areas.

As part of the Team you will play a vital role in providing quality care for our patients over 7-days, whilst delivering the Trust’s goals of reducing length of stay, admission avoidance & optimising patients’ rehabilitation potential.

You will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis & treatment of patients with complex problems as an autonomous practitioner across each of the specialty areas.

You will support the Team Lead in the operational management of each specialty team & service developments on a local or service-wide level

You must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate not only patients but staff. You must be organised, flexible & able to empower others.

You will support other inpatient therapy teams with management of complex discharges and complete specialist holistic assessments.
