Overview
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
The Story: Leading the Developer Experience (DevEx) Revolution
The industry is shifting. It’s no longer enough to just provide tools; the world’s most innovative companies are now focused on Developer Experience (DevEx) - the art of removing friction from the software development lifecycle to unlock engineering velocity.
At Atlassian, we are building the definitive DevEx Platform. We are moving beyond fragmented DevOps "collections" to a unified experience that empowers developers to spend less time on "toil" and more time on high-impact code. As a Specialist in this space, you will be at the center of this transformation, helping the largest enterprises in EMEA redefine how their engineering organizations thrive using AI-driven solutions like Rovo Dev.
Responsibilities
Your Future Team
Our Developer Experience solution drives efficiency by embedding Artificial Intelligence into the heart of the Software Development Lifecycle. Atlassian's AI solution for developers extends beyond code generation to manage the full SDLC - from Code Reviews and Vulnerability Management to Pipeline Management and beyond.
We're looking for an experienced Developer Experience Solutions Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth across EMEA. In this role, you'll lead specialized DevEx sales efforts, work closely with clients and partner sales teams, and shape our go-to-market strategy alongside a diverse, cross-functional team.
Why join this team?
Be the DevEx Pioneer: You aren't just another salesperson; you are a Subject Matter Expert. You will be the primary advocate for our newly forming Software Collection, helping to define how Atlassian wins in the AI-powered developer space. The "Best of Both Worlds": Enjoy the stability and brand equity of Atlassian while operating with the speed and "founder-mentality" of a specialized, high-growth unit. Strategic Deal Architecture: This isn't high-volume transactional sales. You will partner with Account Executives to architect complex, enterprise-wide transformations for some of the world’s most sophisticated engineering teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
