Specialist SEND Tutor - 1:1 Alternative Provision

Location: Oxfordshire

Pay: £30-£42 per hour

Hours: Flexible (Term Time)

Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time

Make a Lasting Difference Through Personalised Learning

We support children and young people who require an alternative approach to education. Many of the learners we work with have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and additional needs that make mainstream education challenging.

We're looking for dedicated Specialist SEND Tutors to deliver high-quality, one-to-one tuition that helps learners re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress.

This is an excellent opportunity for educators who value flexibility, enjoy working independently, and are passionate about providing personalised support that makes a genuine difference.

The Role

As a Specialist SEND Tutor, you will deliver tailored learning programmes designed around each learner's individual strengths, needs, and aspirations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
